Checks made payable to AFNWCT should be sent to AFNWCT – 1 Pomperaug Office Park\, Suite 301\, Southbury\, CT 06488 by October 15. \nParticipants who wish to drink wine with their meal should bring their own. Fluency in French is not required however vocabulary related to French culinary art will be introduced; participants should bring a pen and paper for notes. A minimum of 6 participants is required to hold this class. \nDirections to the instructor’s private home in Watertown will be sent once reservations have been received.
