DESCRIPTION:Cafe Conversation is a great way to practice\, improve and/or help you feel more comfortable speaking French with friendly francophones and francophiles who enjoy speaking French in an informal setting. \nEnjoy coffee and pastries\, meet and chat with fellow members for the first half hour or so–en francais (it’s all about practicing!) and then tackle the subject of the day. \nAn article in French (often with a side-by-side English translation) is read out loud en francais by the participants to practice proper pronounciation and to check understanding of the vocabulary and grammar. The article will then be used to spark the conversation.
