DESCRIPTION:Together\, reading aloud and discussing the text\, this group meets twice a month on Saturdays (replacing Cafe Conversation). This summer’s novel has been: Le Chapeau de Mitterrand by Antoine Laurain\n \nThis has been a beautiful setting for reading French literature!  Our thanks go to the Audubon Center for the use of their Red Barn. \nBe sure to support and visit the Audubon Center Bent of the River\, 185 East Flat Hill Road\, Southbury\, CT 06488 Audubon tel: 203-264-5098.  (See Google map below.) \nToday is the final summer meeting date however you are still welcome to attend. \nPlease send an email to Chairperson\, Kathryn MacCullough at matinee@afnwct.org to be added to next year’s participation list. \nThis event is free to AFNWCT members and has a suggested donation of $5 for non-members. \nOther questions can be directed to Kathryn at matinee@afnwct.org \nStarting in September\, the Cafe Conversation discussion group will meet twice a month on Saturdays at the Alliance Francaise Center located at our office at 1 Pomperaug Office Park in Southbury.
