DESCRIPTION:Meeting on the first Thursday of each month\, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm\, this group has a lot of fun sipping wine\, tasting cheese and crackers and taking turns reading out loud in French. Enjoy hearing and sharing the richness of the French language. \nThe title of the current selection is “La Tournée D’Automne”\, by Jacques Poulin. \nLa Tournée D’Automne is a love story about an older man who runs a bookmobile serving the smaller villages of Quebec in the hauntingly beautiful landscape of the north shore of the St. Lawrence River.
