DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nTHANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST – WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING RESERVATIONS*\n\nSunday\, March 6 at 2:30pm is our Cheese Making Presentation by cheesemaker and monger\, Daniel George\, of Cato Corner Farms of Colchester. \nCato Corner Farm makes farmstead raw-milk cheeses by hand with the milk from their herd of Jersey cows. Starting with rich\, delicious milk from cows that are on pasture for nearly seven months of the year and are never given growth hormones nor subtherapeutic antibiotics\, Cato Corner makes nearly a dozen varieties of cheeses in traditional European styles.\n\nCheesemaker and monger\, Daniel George\, will select cheeses to complement paired wines. Over wine and cheese\, we will discuss everything from the cows\, to the cheesemaking process\, affinage\, and piecing together the perfect cheese plate!\n\n*Sorry – we are no longer taking any reservations. DESCRIPTION:Come for an hour or two or all day – but please come help us organize our French Library on Wednesday\, March 9 from 9 to 5pm  \nWe have hundreds of books that have been donated that need organizing and cataloguing into a AFNWCT French Library Database that we want to be able to post on-line on our website. With a little help from many\, we hope to get our Library ready to make it easier for our members and to open it to outsiders.  (“à beaucoup d’ouvriers la tâche devient aisée”…) \nNo skills are necessary for those who want to help us take books out of boxes and arrange the books on shelves\, however we would appreciate a few good people with: \nBring your laptop \n\ncomputer skills to share in the task of entering each book’s title\, author\, etc.\nABC knowledge to help alphabetize the novels and fiction books by author\ndecision-making skills to help categorize and organize the non-fiction books\na sense of aesthetics to help make our library attractive and appealing\n\nBring your lunch – We’ll take a break at noon to welcome anyone who might stop by for our Drop In French Discussion activity. \nIf you need more info or to RSVP that you’re coming write to:  bibliotheque@afnwct.org
