SUMMARY:Summering in The Loire Valley: A Presentation by Jini Vail
DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, November 12th @ 2pm\, Jini Jones Vail\, author of “Rochambeau: Washington’s Ideal Lieutenant”\, will be doing a presentation in English on her new book (still in edit) “Summering in the Loire Valley”.  Jini invites you for a private tour of the Chateau du Marechal de Rochambeau\, with an unexpected slant.  Rusty Dyer\, filmmaker\, provides a glimpse of a noble family home\, while Jini focuses on the provenance and ensuing 234 year junket of the twin gouaches. The mysterious trail of the pair of paintings begins in the 1780’s\, with the final battle of the American Revolution. \nJini will be available afterwards to answer questions.
