The AFNWCT, in collaboration with the Southbury Film Commission, is pleased to present a Short Film Festival from August 18 through November 8.
More than 35 short films will be shown from Eurochannel’s 6th Annual Short Films Tour “Youth in Europe” showcasing European culture and cinematographic heritage, the art of short films, with a rich programming of productions. Some are as short as 5 minutes and as long as 30 minutes.
The kickoff program, called “DREAMERS,” will be held at the Southbury Public Library, on Tuesday August 18 at 7pm.
In addition to an 11-minute comedy from France (Indian Ocean) titled “Speed Dating,” movies from Denmark, Spain, Italy, Sweden and Turkey will be shown.
