Joyce and Gilles once again hosted an AFNWCT event, this time pairing wine with cheese. Our last wine pairing was at Evelyne Purdy’s and once again had our resident wine expert, Diane Bolduc, guide us through four different wines each paired with three different cheeses. Cheeses selected and presented by Evelyne. After a short introductory presentation by Diane, we were asked to rate our favorites. That is, after sampling everything.
