Sunday, March 6 at 2:30pm is our Cheese Making Presentation by cheesemaker and monger, Daniel George, of Cato Corner Farms of Colchester.

Cato Corner Farm makes farmstead raw-milk cheeses by hand with the milk from their herd of Jersey cows. static1.squarespace.comStarting with rich, delicious milk from cows that are on pasture for nearly seven months of the year and are never given growth hormones nor subtherapeutic antibiotics, Cato Corner makes nearly a dozen varieties of cheeses in traditional European styles.
Cheesemaker and monger, Daniel George, will select cheeses to complement paired wines. Over wine and cheese, we will discuss everything from the cows, to the cheesemaking process, affinage, and piecing together the perfect cheese plate!
