Lebanese Cooking Class at 11:30am

Our next French Cooking class will be held on Sunday April 19 from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Participants will prepare and enjoy a LEBANESE meal consisting of:

  • Taboule:  salade faite avec du persil, tomate et menthe mélangée avec du blé concassé
  • Poulet farci grillé avec du riz et pignolis ainsi que des noisettes.
  • KIbe: viande hachée (boeuf) melangée avec des oignons et Burghoul, servie avec du lait callé dessus
  • Dessert: Baklava

Participants who wish to drink wine with their meal should bring their own. Fluency in French is not required however vocabulary related to French culinary art will be introduced; participants should bring a pen and paper for notes.

Cost is $40.00 per person (only $30 for AFNWCT Members).

Directions to the instructor’s private home in Watertownn will be sent once reservations have been received.
