Our next French Cooking class will be held on Sunday April 19 from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm.
Participants will prepare and enjoy a LEBANESE meal consisting of:
- Taboule: salade faite avec du persil, tomate et menthe mélangée avec du blé concassé
- Poulet farci grillé avec du riz et pignolis ainsi que des noisettes.
- KIbe: viande hachée (boeuf) melangée avec des oignons et Burghoul, servie avec du lait callé dessus
- Dessert: Baklava
Participants who wish to drink wine with their meal should bring their own. Fluency in French is not required however vocabulary related to French culinary art will be introduced; participants should bring a pen and paper for notes.
Cost is $40.00 per person (only $30 for AFNWCT Members).
