New Programs for Children
Children young and old are invited to come watch the televised version of the famous Belgian comic strip series.
“Les Aventures de Tin-Tin”
Monday, December 29 at 3:00 pm.
In this episode, titled “Le Temple du Soleil”, Tintin, a Belgian boy reporter, and his white fox terrier, named Milou, travel to Peru to help rescue a missing professor of archaeology.
The movie is 50 minutes long and is in French with no subtitles.
Light refreshments will be served after the movie.

A $1/person donation is suggested
The film will be shown at the Alliance Francaise (AF) Center located at One Pomperaug Office Park, Suite 301, in Southbury.
Bonjour Madame!
A fun French language class for preschoolers & young children starting January 2015.
Using games and songs, children will progressively learn the French alphabet, simple greetings, numbers, colors, animals, and flowers. Seasonal holidays, foods and French culture will also be introduced throughout the year. A minimum of 3 students is required.
The one-hour class will be held in the AF Center and costs $90 for each 5-week session.
